PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging video content that supports our global B2B conferences, virtual events, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of video editing tools, storytelling techniques, and a deep understanding of what makes content impactful across different platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and event production teams to craft compelling promotional videos, social media reels, speaker highlights, event recaps, and brand content that drives engagement and business growth.
- Edit raw video footage into high-quality deliverables, including event promos, testimonials, teasers, social media snippets, and full-length event recordings.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand content goals and brand guidelines.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, and simple animations to enhance video storytelling.
- Collaborate with speakers and internal stakeholders to gather assets and manage edits.
- Ensure final products meet organizational standards and are delivered within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files, project folders, and content libraries for future use.
- Optimize videos for web, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video editing tools, and emerging content formats.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips for multiple uses.
- Contribute creative ideas to increase viewer retention and audience engagement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional video editing or media production.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, color grading, and audio syncing.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with video formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions across platforms.
- Knowledge of social media trends and how to tailor content for different digital audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and make iterative improvements.
- Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and brand consistency.
