Job Description

PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and strategic Sponsorship and Media Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of sponsorship and media partnership strategies for our global B2B conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring high-value sponsors, building strong media alliances, and ensuring that all commercial and branding objectives are met. You will play a vital role in expanding our global network of corporate partners and media houses, while increasing visibility, revenue, and audience engagement across our portfolio of international events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships and media partners for industry-specific conferences and virtual events.
  • Develop customized sponsorship packages based on potential partners’ goals and budgets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, industry influencers, media outlets, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, deliverables, and deadlines in alignment with event objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and sales) to deliver on all sponsorship/media commitments.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sponsorship and media engagement activities within CRM and reporting tools.
  • Develop media kits, partnership proposals, and customized decks for outreach and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and value delivery across all partner platforms and co-branded promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship ROI and media coverage before, during, and after events.
  • Represent the company in calls, meetings, and industry networking events to generate new opportunities.
The Person:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, media partnerships, or B2B event marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of closing high-value sponsorship and media deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with media planning, digital marketing channels, and industry publications.
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with C-level executives and industry decision-makers.
  • Experience in creating bespoke proposals and handling end-to-end partner management.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
  • Background in international events, exhibitions, or corporate partnerships is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, strategic mindset and team-oriented approach.
