PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling delegate passes, group participation, and customized solutions for our international B2B conferences and events. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and close deals that contribute to our global growth strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for conference participation and delegate sales.
- Reach out to key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
- Promote participation in virtual and in-person B2B events across international markets.
- Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including prospecting, calling, emailing, and lead nurturing.
- Research and understand industry trends to create compelling value propositions for potential clients.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align outreach with event objectives and content.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on outreach progress, forecasts, and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for recurring sales and referrals.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the events, media, or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone and email manner.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with cold calling and consultative selling techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with relevant solutions.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Previous experience in international markets or virtual B2B conferences is a strong advantage.
