PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Research Executive to support our business development, delegate acquisition, and outreach campaigns for global B2B conferences. You will be responsible for identifying, validating, and organizing high-quality data related to decision-makers, companies, and industry sectors. This role is critical in fueling sales, marketing, and lead-generation operations with accurate and actionable intelligence.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads, companies, and industry trends across global markets.
 - Build and maintain accurate databases of decision-makers, target accounts, and sector-specific contacts using online tools and platforms.
 - Use LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and data platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc., to extract relevant information.
 - Classify and segment data by region, job title, industry, and other key filters to support targeted outreach.
 - Verify and validate lead data (emails, phone numbers, job roles, etc.) to maintain list hygiene and ensure high-quality outreach.
 - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between data requirements and campaign goals.
 - Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date lead/contact information.
 - Analyze data to identify gaps and areas for improvement in prospecting and targeting.
 - Support ad hoc data and research needs for content planning, delegate acquisition, and performance reporting.
 
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in data research, market research, or lead generation roles.
 - Strong research skills and familiarity with data mining tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
 - Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
 - Comfortable navigating global websites, directories, and tools for information sourcing.
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
 - Organized, process-driven, and proactive in identifying quality data opportunities.
 - Good communication and reporting skills.
 - Prior experience in B2B events, conferences, or international business sectors is a plus.
