PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a versatile and creative Content & Communication Specialist to craft impactful content that strengthens our brand presence and enhances client engagement across global B2B conferences and outreach campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content for digital platforms, marketing materials, business communication, and event promotions. You will ensure that all communication aligns with our brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and supports business development objectives.
- Develop and deliver engaging content for websites, brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and press releases.
- Write compelling copy for event promotions, sponsorship proposals, delegate invites, and speaker communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and business development teams to create impactful sales and outreach collateral.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of communication for ongoing campaigns.
- Edit, proofread, and improve content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Support internal communications, including HR announcements, company updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to create relevant and thought-leadership content.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied to digital content for higher visibility and search ranking.
- Maintain brand tone and guidelines across all platforms and communication channels.
- Assist with scriptwriting and content development for event videos, podcasts, and webinars.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, corporate communication, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of English.
- Familiarity with SEO practices, keyword research, and digital content strategies.
- Experience working with tools like Canva, WordPress, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for clear, engaging communication.
- Prior experience in B2B events, media, or corporate communication is a strong plus.
