Job Description

PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Client Success Manager to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction for our global clients across B2B conferences and outreach solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded while fostering long-term partnerships. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project milestones and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients throughout the event lifecycle—from onboarding to post-event reporting.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship deliverables, delegate participation, and lead generation expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, sales, design, and tech) to ensure timely delivery of all client commitments.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and insights to clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Manage client communication channels professionally and ensure prompt resolution of concerns or escalations.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and delegates to manage timelines, assets, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and client satisfaction metrics to ensure retention and renewal potential.
  • Collect client feedback post-event and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships that support upselling, cross-selling, and client growth initiatives.
The Person:
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or success roles, preferably in events, marketing, SaaS, or B2B services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a client-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, task/project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello), and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build trust with senior-level stakeholders and maintain professional rapport.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Prior experience in international client management or virtual event environments is a plus.
