Job Description

PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Executive focused on Lead Generation to support our global B2B conference and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our sales and marketing teams. You will research key decision-makers across industries, engage them through personalized communication, and generate high-quality leads that directly support business growth and client acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify key stakeholders, target companies, and new prospects across relevant industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for delegate sales, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
  • Initiate outbound outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and phone calls to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, communication logs, and follow-up tasks.
  • Work closely with the marketing and event teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and testing messaging scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and key market developments.
The Person:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and hit KPIs/targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple lead lists and outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending personalized outreach emails to executive-level contacts.
  • Previous experience in the events, conferencing, or SaaS industries is a plus.
