PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to support the growth of our international B2B conferences and lead generation services. In this role, you will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and build long-term business relationships across global markets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and is passionate about consultative sales and business growth.
- Generate new leads through research, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns targeting global businesses.
- Promote participation in our international virtual events by offering delegate passes, speaking opportunities, and tailored packages.
- Maintain active communication with prospects to understand their challenges and offer the right event solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Qualify potential leads and pass high-quality prospects to senior sales or sponsorship teams where applicable.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with event topics.
- Track all sales activity in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Provide feedback and insights based on client interactions to help shape future event content and offerings.
- Represent PTN Events in professional and confident communication across all channels.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (events or tech industry preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident personality.
- Proven ability to handle outbound sales activity and initiate conversations with senior-level professionals.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) and Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
- Understanding of the sales funnel, client pain points, and value-based selling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven international environment.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools is a plus.
