The presentation will feature a detailed study comparing OSHA’s 1992 regulatory impact analysis with the 2023 information collection requirements, aiming to estimate the economic burden on existing and future PSM-covered facilities. Additionally, Dheerajkumar will introduce an innovative e-governance solution designed to overcome efficiency and effectiveness issues, with the ultimate goal of streamlining PSM implementation and comprehensive regulatory compliance across the United States.
