Caio Sene is the Vice President of Client Services at Shape Digital, where he leads global delivery, customer success, and service operations for the company’s AI-driven industrial software platform. With a strong background at the intersection of advanced analytics, product strategy, and industrial AI, Caio plays a critical role in helping asset-intensive organizations translate data-driven insights into operational outcomes that improve reliability, performance, and maintenance effectiveness across complex offshore and onshore environments.
Prior to joining Shape Digital, Caio held product management roles within the technology sector and began his career as a Data Scientist at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on analytics-led transformation initiatives for global enterprises. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Data Science from the State University of Campinas and Yale University, bringing a strong analytical foundation to the practical application of GenAI, predictive maintenance, and reliability optimization in FPSOs and other critical energy assets.
