The Objective

• Real-Time Management: Our platform allowed field personnel to update equipment status, log work orders, and track location — all in real time. Managers could instantly view field activity, allocate resources, and respond quickly to changing needs.

• Digital Authorization: Approvals that used to require paperwork and delays now happen digitally. We integrated secure, role-based access for document approvals and sign-offs, significantly speeding up workflows.
