Isha Bahal, Senior Manager – Supply Chain and Digital Transformation at Cairn (Vedanta), brings over 11 years of rich experience spanning the entire execution chain from strategy to implementation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Cairn Energy, she oversees end-to-end project delivery—from conceptualization and budget finalization to procurement, cost control, and time management. With prior consulting experience at BCG, Isha has led multiple cross-functional projects across diverse sectors including renewables, consumer goods, and telecom. Her expertise lies in vendor interaction, contract management, and working closely with public officials. Beyond her corporate role, she is the Co-Founder of NGO Aahvan Ek Pehel, dedicated to empowering slum communities in Madhya Pradesh through education and skill development initiatives for women and children.
