Tan Miller, Harper Professor and Director of the Global Supply Chain Management Program at Rider University, is set to share his insights on building a Hierarchical Planning Framework for Supply Chain Digitization. He will share his views on how companies can effectively integrate short-run and long-run planning and scheduling activities across their entire global supply chain to ensure seamless coordination and responsiveness. He will discuss practical methods for aligning the efforts of individual functional areas—such as distribution—with broader supply chain objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and eliminating silos.
